  • The Oltremare Guest House B&B is a villa built in the late '70s and has recently been renovated. The house is located on the hillside and enjoys a wonderful view of the Gulf of Arzachena, a short distance from the famous Costa Smeralda.

  • Oltremare is surrounded by a large enclosed garden and orchards, immersed among the impressive Gallura granite mountains and the lush Mediterranean maquis. Your will enjoy your stay in peace and tranquillity, enriched by the charm of an ancient history.

  • The verandas that characterise the villa will allow you to enjoy the beautiful scenery while enjoying a tasty breakfast. All rooms are furnished in a simple and comfortable style. All have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini fridge and internet access. Private parking for cars and motorcycles is also available.

The Oltremare Guest House is easily accessible from the International Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and from the Port of Olbia Isola Bianca, and is located approximately 30 km from both.
It can also be easily reached from the Port of Porto Torres and from the International Airport of Alghero Fertilia, and it is located respectively 140 and 150 km.
